14 day cooling off period

Under EU law, you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. This period begins from the day you receive the product. In this time, you have the right to examine your piece, but in order to be able to return it, the piece must remain unused and unworn. If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must to return the product, along with its original packaging and tags, to Liminaire within 14 days of receiving it. You are responsible for return shipping cost, and you carry the responsibility for the product until it reaches Liminaire. Signature on delivery is therefore strongly recommended.

Guarantee for faulty goods

Under EU law you have the right to a 2-year guarantee at no cost.

If your purchase turns out to be faulty, or does not look or work as described, Liminaire is required to repair or replace it free of charge, within the limit of 2 years starting from the day you receive the product. This guarantee is not applicable if Liminaire is able to prove that the item was not defective for the entirety of the 2-year legal guarantee.
